Project Manager HVAC

Job Summary:

As an HVAC Project Manager, you are responsible for the complete management of projects related to HVAC installations in tertiary and/or industrial buildings. You coordinate the various phases of the project, from the initial study to final delivery, while meeting deadlines, quality standards, and budget constraints.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full management of HVAC projects (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) in industrial or tertiary environments.
• Develop the overall project schedule and ensure its implementation.
• Manage financial aspects: cost estimation, budget monitoring, and reporting.
• Coordinate technical studies with internal teams and engineering consultants.
• Launch tenders, select subcontractors and suppliers.
• Organize site meetings and ensure safety and quality compliance on-site.
• Maintain client relationships throughout the project.
• Ensure that all installations comply with current regulations and standards.

Profile Sought:

• Engineering degree (in electromechanics, energy, HVAC, or a related field).
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in HVAC project management.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and project coordination.
• Strong organizational skills, leadership qualities, and effective communication abilities.
