About the position

Define, strengthen, and consistently communicate the organisation’s brand positioning, value proposition, and thought-leadership communication narrative across all channels. Act as the guardian of amfori’s brand voice and reputation communication, leading strategic communications – including media relations and crisis communication – to increase global brand visibility, audience engagement, and organizational credibility.



Your Responsibilities


Brand strategy, positioning and governance

  • Define, develop and maintain a cohesive brand narrative, positioning, and messaging framework – regularly evaluating our messaging against competition and market needs.
  • Develop, review and update brand assets and materials to ensure a unique, distinct brand presence.
  • Design and oversee brand guidelines, tone of voice standards and style guides. Serve as the main point of contact for brand queries.


Brand communications and campaigns

  • Lead creation of brand and thought leadership content, executive messaging and brand driven strategic pieces.
  • Develop brand campaign briefs, lead cross functional brand campaign planning, and coordinate execution across channels. Support adaptation of messaging for web, social media, events and media.
  • Ensure content is tailored for specific audiences and channels, and track and evaluate brand content performance through analytics


Media relations and reputation management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets and journalists.
  • Lead press releases, media outreach and media monitoring. Report on media sentiment and brand reputation.
  • Respond to media enquiries, develop press kit and training, and support interview coordination.


Crisis communication

  • Act as a key contributor to crisis communication planning and response.
  • Maintain crisis templates and support leadership and legal teams during urgent issues.
  • Draft crisis messaging and ensure consistent communication across channels.



Your Profile

  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in brand marketing, communications or a related field.
  • Excellent command of English (C2 level). Additional languages are an asset.
  • Strong business acumen, communication skills and market awareness.
  • Experience with media relations, crisis communication, content creation and brand governance is highly valued.
