As a Senior Salesforce Consultant (Marketing Cloud) , you will play a key role in implementing and operating high-impact Marketing Cloud environments, supporting governance and quality standards, and contributing to best practices in a people-first, fast-moving consulting environment. You’ve never worked with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You don’t believe in teamwork, continuous learning, and high-quality delivery. You’re not comfortable navigating between marketing, IT, data and technical stakeholders. Define and grow your path with support from peers, mentors, and our in-house academy. Contribute to international projects and grow within a multicultural team. Strong experience in Salesforce delivery, with a clear focus on Marketing Cloud implementation and operations. Solid understanding of multi-channel marketing automation, segmentation logic, and governance-driven delivery. Marketing Cloud knowledge & modules: Content Builder / Email Builder Understanding of integrations and data flows: SFTP, API, Marketing Cloud Connect. Governance & data mindset: Strong attention to governance, compliance, segmentation consistency, and data quality. Marketing Cloud Email Specialist (minimum required) Marketing Cloud Administrator (strong asset / preferred) Knowledge of Salesforce core platform (Sales / Service Cloud) – strong plus. As a Senior Salesforce Consultant – Marketing Cloud , your mission will include: 1) Marketing Cloud Platform Ownership & Operations Configure and maintain Marketing Cloud environments (including multiple instances when required). Manage content, templates, assets, and folder structures. super messages, activities, account limits) and anticipate risks. Conduct audits, ensure segmentation consistency, and support data governance. 3) Data & Integrations Manage inbound/outbound data flows: imports, SFTP connections, API exchanges, and Marketing Cloud Connect. Validate data quality and ensure usable, coherent datasets for marketing teams. Support segmentation strategy by ensuring reliable data structures and controlled targeting logic. Handle user requests and resolve issues related to configuration or data, with a focus on long-term stability and clarity. Work closely with marketing teams, IT, CRM and data stakeholders to align needs and execution. Partner with Marketing Cloud Developers for advanced technical interventions.
