/b /p pbYou bring: /b /p ul liStrong experience in Salesforce delivery, with a clear focus on Marketing Cloud implementation and operations. /li liAbility to translate business needs into scalable solutions and configure platform components accordingly. /li liSolid understanding of multi-channel marketing automation, segmentation logic, and governance-driven delivery. /li /ul pbMarketing Cloud knowledge modules: /b /p ul liComfortable configuring and maintaining journeys and automations using: /li liJourney Builder /li liAutomation Studio /li liEmail Studio /li liContent Builder / Email Builder /li liAbility to manage assets, templates, folder structures, and production journeys. /li liUnderstanding of integrations and data flows: SFTP, API, Marketing Cloud Connect. /li /ul pbGovernance data mindset: /b /p ul liStrong attention to governance, compliance, segmentation consistency, and data quality. /li liAbility to monitor usage limits and ensure sustainable platform operations. /li /ul pbCertifications: /b /p ul liMarketing Cloud Email Specialist (minimum required) /li liIdeally also: Marketing Cloud Administrator (strong asset / preferred) /li /ul pbBonus points if you also have: /b /p ul liKnowledge of Salesforce core platform (Sales / Service Cloud) – strong plus. /li liExposure to additional solutions such as Datorama, Interaction Studio, Audience Builder. /li liFluent in French and English (Dutch or Portuguese is a plus). /li /ul pbAnd you are: /b /p pb#Curious in how you grow, #Structured in how you deliver, and #Committed in what you bring to the team. /b /p pbYOUR ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES /b /p h3YOUR ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 pAs a bSenior Salesforce Consultant – Marketing Cloud /b, your mission will include: /p pb1) Marketing Cloud Platform Ownership Operations /b /p ul liConfigure and maintain Marketing Cloud environments (including multiple instances when required). /li liCreate and configure emails, push notifications, multi-channel campaigns, and automated journeys. /li liManage content, templates, assets, and folder structures. /li liEnsure the smooth execution and stability of production journeys, including monitoring and troubleshooting. /li /ul pb2) Administration Governance /b /p ul liManage users, roles, permissions, and the structure of Business Units. /li liEnsure compliance and governance aligned with digital best practices and regulatory constraints. /li liMonitor platform usage (e.g., super messages, activities, account limits) and anticipate risks. /li liConduct audits, ensure segmentation consistency, and support data governance. /li /ul pb3) Data Integrations /b /p ul liManage inbound/outbound data flows: imports, SFTP connections, API exchanges, and Marketing Cloud Connect. /li liValidate data quality and ensure usable, coherent datasets for marketing teams. /li liSupport segmentation strategy by ensuring reliable data structures and controlled targeting logic. /li liAnalyze current processes, improve them, and document standards and workflows. /li liIdentify gaps, propose optimizations, and implement best practices. /li liHandle user requests and resolve issues related to configuration or data, with a focus on long-term stability and clarity. /li /ul pb5) Collaboration Delivery Rhythm /b /p ul liWork closely with marketing teams, IT, CRM and data stakeholders to align needs and execution. /li liPartner with Marketing Cloud Developers for advanced technical interventions. /li liParticipate in agile ceremonies and contribute actively to sprint delivery and continuous delivery cadence. /li /ul pbWhy Join asUgo?
