This includes performance management, disciplinary actions, accommodations, dispute resolution, whistleblowing investigations, sickness management and return-to-work coordination while ensuring the fair and consistent application of workplace policies and processes.
- Manage positive relationships between employees and the organization by mediating disputes conducting investigations guiding both employees managers working within a global team with opportunities to support additional countries later on ensure compliance with labour laws company policies contribute to a harmonious work environment.
