Data Solutions Architect

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Engineer to join our team. This role involves working with Wholesale business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate these requirements into robust and scalable data solutions, analysis and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL (Teradata/Oracle) and experience with PowerBI Modelling & Report Building and DAX. Additionally, knowledge of database management and datawarehousing is essential.

Responsibilities include creating data quality tickets where needed, maintaining the quality of metadata repository/data dictionary, identifying new data sources, and managing requests towards the TEC data teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or equivalent work experience with specialized training/certification
• 5+ years of experience supporting or working with Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing environments
• Strong knowledge of SQL (Teradata/Oracle)
• Strong knowledge of PowerBI Modelling & Report Building and DAX
• Knowledge of Big Data tools (Python, Spark)
• Knowledge of Linux/Windows server
