Enterprise Infrastructure Architect

We are looking for a skilled Enterprise Infrastructure Architect who can ensure the optimal performance of our digital infrastructure.

• You define the VDAB Enterprise Infrastructure Architecture based on your guidelines and monitor its implementation.
• You are responsible for the I&T Operations Infrastructure Roadmap.
• You design integrated solutions for end-user infrastructure, network, telephony and application infrastructure. Here you take into account various obligations (contracts, license conditions, protection of data, etc.) where you closely work together with service delivery managers and other I&T directorates (I&T Security, Software Development and Architecture & Innovation).
• You work together with project teams to execute infrastructure architecture projects and identify the need to adjust the setup as needed.
• You participate with your other colleagues IT architects in the development and management of the governance structure.
• You provide documentation of your complete architecture design.
• You serve as our sounding board to develop infrastructure solutions.

Vereiste Vaardigheden en Kwalificaties

• Netwerktechnologieken: In- depth kennis van netwerken, zoals LAN/WAN, SD-WAN (Cisco ACI en SDA), VPN (Palo Alto), en firewallconfiguraties (VMware NSX-T, Palo Alto).
• Toepassingen en software: Erfaring met oplossingen voor mobiele-apparaatbeheer, geconsolideerde communicatie- en samenwerkingstoepassingen, databases (Oracle, Singlestore), besturingssystemen (Windows, Redhat Linux), Loadbalancing (Citrix), dataplatform technologie (Cloudera)
• Server-en opslagsystemen: Erfaring met servervirtualisatie (VMware), opslag- en backup systemen (Dell) en SAN/NAS-technologieën.
• DevOps en automatisering: Erfaring met CI/CD, containerisatie (OpenShift -Kubernetes), en infrastructuur als code.
• Sekerheid en compliance: Kennis van sekerheidstandaarden (e.g. ISO 27001, GDPR) en ervaring met het implementeren van sekerheidsoplossingen (e.g. SOC).
• ITIL en architectuur frameworkken: Erfaring met IT-servicebeheer (ITIL) en enterprise-architectuur frameworkken.
• Noodrekening-planning en bedrijfsvastvoortgang: Erfaring met het opstellen en implementeren van herstelplannen.
