About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Excellence Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing our operational excellence program.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Applying continuous improvement principles, tools, and techniques to create a zero-loss culture that enhances our capabilities in loss identification, loss eradication, and prevention.
• Nurturing a continuous improvement culture that challenges the status quo and changes employee behaviors.
• Providing training on continuous improvement tools and techniques to drive teams through continuous improvement cycles.
• Coaching employees to successfully achieve their targets.
• Benchmarking externally to ensure best practices and new tools are deployed in collaboration with internal partners.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

• Experience in implementing continuous improvement processes (e.g., TPM for manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma in consumer goods industry).
• Servant leadership and great team player qualities.
• Experience in change management processes.
• Effective communication and organizational agility.
• A strategic approach/thinking and strong capacity for influence.
• The ability to teach others and develop talent.
• Results-oriented and prepared to deal with ambiguity.
