Job Summary

This role involves developing and expanding strategic partnerships to drive business growth.

  • Strategic Account Planning

    • Develop account plans that align with business objectives and enhance partner satisfaction.
    • Coordinate activities across departments to support partners.
  • Business Expansion

    • Expand the value of existing partnerships through cross-selling and upselling.
    • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities by matching our offerings with partner needs.
    • Propose innovative projects based on market trends and partner requirements.
  • Partner Relationship Management

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic partners.
    • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders.
    • Understand partner needs and proactively offer solutions that support their objectives.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting

    • Monitor partner activity and satisfaction using data and reporting tools.
    • Provide regular reporting to senior management on key metrics, market trends, and opportunities.
  • Negotiation & Closing

    • Lead negotiation processes with partners to secure mutually beneficial deals.
    • Closing and renewing long-term relationships.
    • Networking & Stakeholder Engagement

      • Build and nurture a professional network to support your business.
      • Represent the organization at events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand visibility.
      • Share best practices and insights internally and externally.
