Job Title

The Functional Analyst plays a pivotal role in shaping the IT systems' functional architecture, supporting the operational strategy of the organization.

This professional must possess a deep understanding of the activities within their functional (sub)domain and be able to tackle technological challenges with ease.

Responsibilities

1. Gain in-depth knowledge of existing systems and applications.
2. Participate in user meetings to accurately capture needs.
3. Analyze user requirements and develop functional specifications.
4. Produce detailed technical analysis reports that adhere to the scope.
5. Draft and execute test plans to ensure project quality.
6. Respond promptly to anomalies and provide effective solutions.
7. Collaborate closely with Business and other IT teams.
8. Ensure timely project deployment and maintenance.
