Key Responsibilities and Expectations
The primary function of this role is to oversee the day-to-day operations of IT systems and accounts. This includes managing inventory, procuring new hardware, and ensuring the disposal of obsolete equipment in a responsible manner.
In addition to technical responsibilities, the successful candidate will be expected to provide high-level customer support, including troubleshooting internet banking issues and updating KYC files as necessary.
This position requires strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English.
