IAM Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IAM engineer to join our IT security team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the IAM platform, ensuring secure and efficient access to systems and applications across the organization.

• Configure, tune, and maintain the Access Management platform
• Support integration of new business applications and IT systems
• Provide technical support and manage incidents related to IAM components
• Test and validate configuration changes, patches, and upgrades

• Design and implement IAM processes, including workflows and approvals
• Develop and customize integrations for new applications
• Optimize user provisioning and access governance

• Participate in internal audits and ensure compliance with IAM standards
• Collaborate with project teams and coach colleagues on IAM best practices

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Informatics or a related field, minimum 5 years of experience in IT, strong knowledge of directory services, web technologies, and scripting.

Familiarity with Red Hat system administration and J2EE application servers, MicroFocus NetIQ IAM tools is a plus. Fluent in English, knowledge of Dutch and French is an asset.
