Quality Assurance Manager

Our team of quality experts is seeking a seasoned QA/QC Inspector to join our operations in Deinze. As a key member of our manufacturing process, you will oversee the entire injector manufacturing process, from initial receipt to final delivery, ensuring compliance with project quality standards.

You will perform injector hydrotesting and collaborate closely with customers, vendors, and notified bodies on project documentation control, ensuring accuracy and adherence to requirements.

Conducting visual and mechanical inspections of incoming products and materials, you will ensure compliance with purchase orders, company drawings, ASME and EN standards, code requirements, customer specifications, and engineering blueprints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and verifying material test reports for accuracy.
• Oversight of Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) testing.
• Ensuring strict quality control throughout the welding process, including management of PQR, WPS, WPQ, and outgoing product inspections and preparation of final quality databooks.

To succeed in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience in Quality Control, preferably for welding, or extensive expertise in manufacturing, welding, metal fabrication, and machining.

In-depth knowledge of the oil & gas or chemical industry is essential, with a strong understanding of pipes, pipe fittings, valves, bars, and materials highly recommended.

You possess strong technical insight and an analytical-critical mindset, enabling you to read, interpret, analyze, and verify contract documents, codes & standards, specifications, and drawings.

Highly organized and proactive, you excel at independently planning and managing your workload.
