Insurance Business Development Specialist

Job Description:

Business Analysts play a crucial role in optimizing business processes and driving growth. We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead our team's efforts in Business Process Improvement.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

1. Leading business process reviews to identify areas of improvement


2. Implementing innovative solutions that meet client objectives


3. Defining, clarifying, and documenting new processes and systems

Required Skills And Qualifications:

• No less than five years' experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry
,


→ A strong understanding of analysis methodologies
(which is considered essential for this role),
solid analysis know-how,
good communication skills and fluency (in English). Fluency in French or Dutch would be an added bonus.
Good knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance products/services also required to effectively interface with all stakeholders at various levels within our organization.
