Middleware Operations Analyst
">We are seeking a skilled Middleware Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and experience in middleware management.
">The Middleware Operations Analyst will be responsible for monitoring the health and performance of production environments, performing first-level technical analysis on incidents, and driving them to resolution.
">Additionally, the successful candidate will communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding operational issues, support development and testing phases to ensure operational readiness, and coordinate and execute application deployments and infrastructure changes.
">Our ideal candidate will also have experience in analyzing recurring issues, initiating problem management, and contributing to long-term solutions.
">They will also provide technical support to key users and functional analysts, maintain up-to-date technical documentation, and understand solution architecture.
">Strong communication skills, customer-oriented approach, and results-driven mindset are essential for this role.
">Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent experience) is required, as well as proficiency in relevant technologies such as ELK Stack, Kafka/Confluent, Docker, Azure infrastructure, Kong, PostgreSQL, Bash scripting, Integration concepts: ESB, message brokers, file transfers, Eda, API management, Secure communication (SSL/SSH/TLS), Web service communication, XML/XSLT, WebSphere MQ, Unix operations, SQL, ITIL incident management, Kibana monitoring, Kafka, High availability, Java, BPM, EIA.
">Knowledge of the energy market is a plus.
">Availability for evening and weekend interventions is required.
">Fluency in English is necessary, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
