Expert Office Designer

Our client is seeking a Modern Workplace Specialist to design and implement cutting-edge office spaces that meet the needs of their organization and its partner organizations. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the offices and buildings of the organization.

The tasks for this position include designing and implementing a Modern Workplace that meets the needs of the organization and its partner organizations, while respecting the autonomy of each organization. This involves:

• Designing a shared network infrastructure that ensures reliable connections between workstations, servers, and devices, enabling efficient collaboration and communication, while guaranteeing traffic separation.
• Integrating Modern Workplace solutions with the existing information systems of the various organizations.
• Implementing advanced printing systems and modern meeting rooms with interactive technologies on the mentioned network infrastructure.
• Building management software that ensures a comfortable and energy-efficient working environment.
• Reception areas, dynamic displays, and digital boards that provide relevant information to employees and visitors.
• Ergonomically designed workstations equipped with high-quality hardware and access to necessary software tools, tailored to different needs.
• Support for daily routines through technologies such as video conferencing systems and digital whiteboards.

Additionally, you will be responsible for regularly collecting feedback from employees to ensure that workplaces evolve and grow with the changing dynamics within the organization.

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree is required.
• At least five years of proven experience in IT architecture, with a strong focus on Modern Workplace, end-user solutions, and New Ways of Working (NWoW).
• Conceptual technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networking, cloud computing, and cybersecurity, is also necessary.
• In-depth knowledge of Modern Workplace applications in Microsoft 365 is essential.
• Extensive experience with NWoW principles is required.
• This includes designing flexible workplaces adaptable to different work styles, integrating technologies that support both remote and in-office work, and creating spaces that support various work activities such as meetings, focused work, and collaboration.
