Enterprise Network Strategist

Network Infrastructure Leader
We are seeking an accomplished Networking expert to spearhead our network landscape. As a key member of our Operations Team, you will be responsible for driving strategic decisions and technical direction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking control of the network infrastructure - both technically and operationally.
  • Defining and managing priorities, maintaining the backlog, and ensuring value delivery.
  • Collaborating closely with Network Architects on future-proof designs.
  • Acting as the interface between operations, engineering, and management.
  • Leading reverse engineering efforts to map out the current environment.
  • Driving implementations and managing collaboration with external partners.

Requirements:
  • A strong background in networking (Cloud, On-premise, Micro-segmentation, Zero Trust) with a broad and deep understanding of modern infrastructure.
  • An experienced Network Engineer who has evolved into a more strategic and guiding role.
  • A strong communicator who can convince, guide, and align stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comfortable taking ownership and responsibility in a Product Owner capacity (Agile mindset).
  • Proven experience in enterprise network environments.
  • Background in network architecture and engineering.
  • Ability to operate across technical and strategic layers.
  • Fluent in English (Dutch and/or French are a plus).
