Senior Business Opportunities Specialist

As a relatively small organization, you will have direct access to the CEO, enabling you to receive personalized guidance and support.

The role of Senior Business Opportunities Specialist is multifaceted and diverse. It involves two primary activities: Sales Development and People Recruitment.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Development:
    • Identify potential targets and opportunities
    • Pitch and contact prospects through various channels
    • Source recruitment requests from clients
    • Match suitable candidates with client needs and close deals
  • People Recruitment:
    • Screen and select candidates from job boards, adverts, and networking sources
    • Assess candidate suitability for roles through interviews and selection processes
    • Close hiring agreements and maintain contact with candidates

Requirements

  • Business Development mindset and skills
  • New sales behaviors and strategies
  • Knowledge of IT, Telecoms, and Technology sectors
  • Able to work autonomously and independently
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills
  • Graduate degree in Business or Engineering
  • Fluent English, French language proficiency; Dutch as an asset
