The role of Senior Business Opportunities Specialist is multifaceted and diverse. It involves two primary activities: Sales Development and People Recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Sales Development:
- Identify potential targets and opportunities
- Pitch and contact prospects through various channels
- Source recruitment requests from clients
- Match suitable candidates with client needs and close deals
- People Recruitment:
- Screen and select candidates from job boards, adverts, and networking sources
- Assess candidate suitability for roles through interviews and selection processes
- Close hiring agreements and maintain contact with candidates
Requirements
- Business Development mindset and skills
- New sales behaviors and strategies
- Knowledge of IT, Telecoms, and Technology sectors
- Able to work autonomously and independently
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills
- Graduate degree in Business or Engineering
- Fluent English, French language proficiency; Dutch as an asset
