Platform Engineering Lead Role

This is a leadership position that oversees the development of a software platform for controlling robotic systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing high-performance software modules, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate platform services, and ensuring the reliability and security of the system through automated testing and compliance with industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, robotics, or software engineering, with experience in architecting and implementing large-scale software systems. They should be proficient in programming languages such as C#, C++, Python, and Linux, and have hands-on experience with APIs, SDKs, and automated deployments.

• Strong understanding of robotics frameworks and perception pipelines.
• Proven ability to translate high-level architecture into production-grade implementations.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, SDKs, UX/UI-compliant design, and automated deployments.
• Proficient in C#, C++, Python, and Linux.
• Experience with ROS2 is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or Software Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in software development and leadership.
• Excellent communication skills and a global mindset.
