Tech Support Specialist for Transportation Clients


h2Technical Support Specialist /h2pWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing on-site and remote support for one of our major transportation clients in Brussels. /ppYour primary mission will include handling technical activities, incident resolution, and staging tasks for various hardware and software environments. /ppYou will work across multiple sites in Brussels and collaborate closely with the client's IT teams to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery. /pulliPerform on-site and remote technical activities (Install, Move, Add, Change). /liliHandle incident resolution for hardware and software issues. /liliSupport and maintain PCs, desktops, laptops, smartphones, and video conferencing equipment. /lili_Execute software installations and staging activities for laptops and desktops._ /liliManage digital kiosk activities and conferencing room equipment. /liliUtilize ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) for ticket management and reporting. /liliEnsure compliance with client standards and operational procedures. /liliParticipate in stand-by rotations (24/7) when required. /li /ulh2Requirements /h2pTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess: /pulliSolid experience in L1/L2 support activities. /liliStrong knowledge of: /liulliHardware: PCs, desktops, smartphones, conferencing systems. /liliNetworking basics: LAN/WAN. /liliActive Directory administration. /liliSoftware installation and troubleshooting. /liliFamiliarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow or similar). /li /ulliAbility to work independently and as part of a team. /liliDriving license (mandatory). /liliLanguages: French (B2) and Dutch (B2). /liliOn-site presence 5 days/week in Brussels. /li /ulh2What We Offer /h2pWe offer a competitive salary complemented by hospitalization and group insurance, meal and eco vouchers, a company car, and the possibility of working from home when applicable. /ppA Competence Manager to guide your career and onboarding. /ppVarious blended training opportunities to help you grow professionally. /ppFun quarterly events to stay connected with colleagues and informed about the company. /p
