Job Summary
This role involves overseeing the technical aspects of our organization, including IT infrastructure, applications, and operating systems. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be solution-oriented, and possess excellent customer service skills to assist users with their IT problems.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversight of various IT aspects, including hardware, network infrastructure, applications, and operating systems.
- Handholding, troubleshooting, and supporting Internet Banking Customers.
- Updating KYC files and resolving software and hardware problems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or prior work experience in IT support, helpdesk, or service desk environments.
- Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of Dutch is an added advantage.
