Job Description
As a Customer Service Assistant your responsibilities are:
- Entering and processing customer orders in the system
- Managing customer contact via email and phone (approx. 50/50 split)
- Handling diverse B2B customer inquiries
- Supporting the digitalization of processes
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Customer Service Assistant Should Have
- Dynamic, outgoing, and proactive in finding solutions
- Comfortable working with different clients and product categories
- First experience in a customer-oriented role is a plus, but not required
- Strong knowledge of Dutch and French required
- Responsibility for customers across Belgium
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems is necessary
