About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Senior D365 CE Developer to join an enterprise-scale delivery team working on complex Customer Engagement implementations. You'll be the technical reference within your squad, driving solution design and delivering high-quality customizations in a structured, collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
Lead technical delivery on complex D365 CE implementations (Sales, Service, custom model-driven apps)
Build & customize using C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Power Platform, and Dataverse
Develop plugins, custom workflow activities, PCF controls, and client-side extensions
Design integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, Azure Functions, and messaging patterns
Solve complex challenges – debug production issues, optimize performance, reduce technical debt
Mentor developers and participate in code reviews to maintain enterprise standards
Your Profile
Must-have:
5+ years hands-on experience with D365 CE & Dataverse
Strong C# (.NET) and JavaScript/TypeScript skills
Proven track record in enterprise-scale environments
Experience with Azure Functions, Service Bus, and API integration patterns
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred) and ALM best practices
Fluent English (spoken & written)
Nice-to-have:
Microsoft certifications (Power Platform Developer, D365 CE Developer/Functional Consultant)
Agile/SAFe experience
French or Dutch language skills
