Security Team Lead

The role of Team Lead comes with two key responsibilities. The primary focus is on your role as a People Lead, where you will be responsible for building, supporting, growing, and developing the team. On the other hand, you’ll also take on an operational role as a Security Engineer, actively participating in projects.

What you’ll excel at every day 🌟

✔️ You maintain a helicopter view and set out strategic directions;

✔️You coach and support your team members in achieving their goals and guiding them on the right path;

✔️ You foster a culture of feedback within your team and keep your finger on the pulse;

✔️ You guide clients in their search for suitable solutions to their telecom challenges;

✔️ You follow up on ongoing projects, processes, and procedures, and delegate where necessary;

✔️ You manage operational and production-related environments and ensure service delivery;

✔️ You provide documentation related to ongoing projects, processes, and procedures, and deliver coaching/training to colleagues;

✔️ You systematically build your knowledge by attending training sessions;

✔️ You take part in innovative and technological new projects;

✔️ You report to the COO.

✔️ You have at least 10 years of relevant work experience and still a strong eagerness to keep learning;

✔️ You take ownership and initiative;

✔️ You are a positive leader who connects, supports, and motivates people;

✔️ You are a strong people manager who can inspire colleagues;

✔️ You’re a great communicator — in Dutch, French, and English — and you interact easily with clients, business leaders, and colleagues alike;

✔️ You’re a highly organized multitasker with strong project management skills;

✔️ You’re result-driven with a no-nonsense approach;

✔️ You approach projects proactively. You handle stress well and have a knack for organization, leadership, and conflict resolution;

✔️ You feel completely at home when leading a driven team.
