Automotive Procurement Manager

About the Company:

We are a fast-growing B2B Online Auction Platform operating in over 40 countries in the automotive sales sector. Our clients trust us for our expert approach and professional market analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the vehicle procurement strategy to ensure profitability and meet demand.
• Set up, automate, and optimize the purchasing process.
• Create reports and communicate results to C-Level management.
• Analyze the automotive market to identify the best opportunities.
• Evaluate vehicles before purchase, considering technical specifications, mileage, and market value.
• Communicate with suppliers.
• Monitor competitor pricing policies and market trends.
• Optimize procurement processes and oversee supply chain efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Logistics).
• Manage vehicle stock.
• Prepare procurement reports and forecast company needs.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree.
• Excellent knowledge of car brands, models, and configurations (European market is a priority).
• Experience in managing a team (+5 FTEs).
• At least 2 years of experience in the automotive industry (or strong automotive knowledge, especially in the EU market).
• Market and competitive analysis skills.
• Ability to quickly assess a vehicle’s condition and market value.
• Experience working with online auctions and sales platforms.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Organizational skills and ability to handle large volumes of information.
• Russian and English proficiency at Upper Intermediate level or higher.
• Flexibility, stress resistance, and commercial mindset.
