ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Business Process Analyst, you will play a central role in analyzing, modeling and improving end-to-end business processes within a banking environment. You will work hands-on with BPMN 2.0 notation on an existing process repository, ensuring continuity, quality and governance of process documentation.
You will work closely with business stakeholders across operations, compliance and IT teams — facilitating workshops, challenging assumptions and translating business needs into clear, actionable process models.
This is a hands-on delivery role. BPMN modelling is the core of this position — not a peripheral skill. You will model processes yourself, work directly on the repository and own your deliverables end-to-end.
