Health Safety Environment Advisor

g2 are looking for Preventieadviseur Level 1 or experienced level 2 to join a client of mine in the Antwerp region, this is for an operational HSE Advisor role with a Petrochemical client of mine.

I am currently looking for a HSE Advisor / Preventieadviseur to work on a freelance opportunity within the Chemical & Energy Sector. The client has a specific requirement for a Prevention Advisor to join their team based on the client site in Antwerp.

START: ASAP

LOCATION: Antwerp, Belgium

Contract length – 12 Months Contract (Payroll/BV) Freelance

Prevention Advisor – Chemical & Energy – Antwerp

Specification:

• At least 5 - 10+ years’ experience as a HSE Advisor/Specialist
• English and Dutch language skills required
• Preventieadviseur level 2 Qualification minimum / MVK is also suitable
• Industrial production experience
• A motivation to drive good safety practice and change to positive behavior
• Working experience onsite in an industrial, chemical, petrochemical or energy plant.

Beneficial:

• Experience leading safety meetings and creating KPI type safety reports
• Experience Analyzing Safety KPI's, and leading incident investigation and Risk analysis onsite
• Preventieadviseur level 1 Qualification / HVK

You would be responsible for preparing the safety reports, communicating with authorities, risk analysis, recording environmental data from the site and implementing health & safety procedures. You would be responsible for safety of the sites and ensuring they adhere to the company’s own safety management systems.
