Project Manager

Hello Network my client who is a leader in construction is looking for a freelance Civil Engineering project manager with 5+ years in Civil Construction projects.

Rate: Excellent rates available depending on experience

Contract: 12-14 months

Hours: 40-50

Location: Ghent, Hybrid

Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and schedules.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to finalize project designs and scopes.
• Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites
• Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and health and safety standards.
• Identify and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or quality.

The right candidate will have:

• Experience of managing contractors
• A Relevant degree (BSc / MSc)
• English speaking & Dutch (Professional)

Desirable:

• Professionally able to read and write in French
• Consistency in Civil engineering projects
