Business Intelligence Developer

I’m currently supporting a well-established industrial company in Ghent that’s looking for a BI & Data Analyst for a 12-month freelance contract starting ASAP.

You’d work closely with IT and business teams to design dashboards, improve data quality, and integrate BI tools with ERP/CRM systems. The role is hybrid (several days a week on-site) and requires strong Power BI, SQL, and data modeling skills.

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Type: Freelance

Contract Length: 12-Months

Location: Hybrid (Ghent, 2 days onsite)

Key Responsibilities

• Transform complex internal data into clear, actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and analytics.
• Safeguard the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of all data feeding decision-making tools.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to capture reporting requirements and convert them into effective BI solutions.
• Design, build, and maintain high-performing BI assets, including interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Ensure seamless integration of BI platforms with existing ERP, CRM, and other core business applications.
• Produce thorough documentation covering technical specifications, data workflows, and testing results.
