Project Engineer

We are looking for a driven engineer with a passion for project management and technology. You will coordinate and execute diverse projects while working closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure success. The projects specialize in propulsion, energy conversion, and decarbonization technologies that help maritime, energy, and industrial sectors

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, monitor, and deliver internal and external projects on time and within scope
• Visit clients and project sites to evaluate needs and provide tailored solutions
• Prepare project proposals with accurate cost and time estimates
• Maintain strong communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Provide technical support to service and workshop teams
• Support product growth through workshops, training, and go-to-market activities

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of working experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in industrial technology or engineering
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch
• Practical, detail-oriented, and stress-resistant team player

Due to this position's locations, a valid Belgian residency or work permit is required.
