Technical Sales Assistant

To accelerate market adoption, we’re seeking a driven Technical Sales Associate who can bridge customer needs with our cutting-edge products. &##127919; Role Overview This is an entry-level, hands-on position focused on supporting the full sales cycle: qualifying leads, preparing demos, responding to technical questions, and maintaining a healthy pipeline in our CRM. You’ll work closely with senior sales and engineering colleagues, gaining first-hand experience selling deep-tech products to enterprises and research partners. &##128204; Key Responsibilities&##129513; Sales Pipeline Support Qualify inbound leads and conduct initial discovery calls. Prepare tailored pitch decks, one-pagers, and demo environments. Log activities, update deal stages, and generate basic reports in the CRM. Assist with drafting proposals, quotes, and responses to RFPs. &##128295; Technical Engagement Develop a solid understanding of iQrypto’s quantum-secure architecture, APIs, and deployment options. Deliver live or recorded product demos, highlighting security and performance benefits. Collect and relay technical feedback to engineering and product teams. &##128200; Market & Content Support Track competitor offerings, industry trends, and relevant standards. Contribute to blog posts, datasheets, or whitepapers that explain complex concepts in clear language. ✅ Required Skills & Experience ~0–2 years in technical sales, pre-sales, customer success, or a related support role (internships welcome). ~ Strong verbal and written communication in English and French ; confident presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences. ~ Basic understanding of networking, cybersecurity, or cryptography concepts. ~ Comfortable with productivity and collaboration tools (Teams, Planner, Excel/Sheets, shared drives). ~ Organised, self-starter attitude with a knack for meeting deadlines and following up. &##128161; Nice-to-Have Exposure to quantum security, PKI, MPC, or hardware security modules. Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). Additional language skills for client outreach.
