Scrum Master

iStorm has been selected by a leading top-tier bank to assist in recruiting several Scrum Masters to strengthen its IT teams. ( full time only) Your mission : Do you want to contribute to more sustainable finance and high-impact digital services?This role is for you if you enjoy coordinating, facilitating, and growing teams within an Agile framework.As a Scrum Master, you will be a true catalyst for collective performance: you support the team in delivering innovative digital solutions while fostering collective intelligence, transparency, and continuous improvement. Your responsibilities : Support a multidisciplinary squad (developers, analysts, testers...) to deliver high-quality applications in a constantly evolving technological environment.Remove obstacles, manage dependencies, support the Product Owner, and ensure the consistency of deliverables.Coordinate releases, participate in Scrums of Scrums, and ensure smooth delivery processes.Create a healthy team dynamic: regular feedback, coaching, effective retrospectives.Participate in large-scale projects using modern technologies (API, Kafka, React, Cloud, AI...). What you bring to the team: An Agile mindset, proactive and solution-oriented.A natural ability to unite and coach, with a strong focus on team well-being.Good mastery of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP...).Solid experience in IT delivery, with knowledge of infrastructure, cloud, CI/CD, TDD/BDD, DevOps, IaC.Several years of experience in an Agile delivery environment.A degree in IT or a related field.Good command of Dutch or French, with a strong professional level of English.
