As one of our Project Managers, you will be at the forefront of driving forward-thinking initiatives, overseeing the full project lifecycle, and ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality solutions. You'll be an integral part of our agile team, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to turn vision into reality.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strong relationships with customers.
- Answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers.
- Keep clients satisfied and engaged with idloom’s products and services in the long run.
- Lead and manage end-to-end IT development projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and beyond.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, designers, and QA analysts to define project scope, goals, and deliverables to improve the overall customer experience.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, implementing best practices and optimizing processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communicate project status, updates, and milestones to stakeholders, providing transparency and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze project deliveries and report on identified issues.
Daily Tasks
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Project Execution: Manage and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Communication: Facilitate clear communication within the team and with clients or stakeholders.
- Sprint & Deployment: Support project-related tasks during sprints; ensure clear communication and prioritization; perform quality control with the development branch to ensure features/projects are ready for production.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues in project execution and operations.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records and provide regular feedback on project progress.
- Brainstorming: Collaborate with the Product Owner and Account Manager on product trends and the feasibility of client requests.

Qualifications
- Fluent in English and German (both verbal and written); additional European languages are a plus.
- At least 3 years of proven experience as a Project Manager managing IT development projects, preferably within the software industry.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, with a track record of successfully leading scrum teams.
- Highly organized, able to set priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Sharp and detail-oriented.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset, with a focus on delivering value.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM and event management software is a plus.
- Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or similar are a plus.
