Corporate Performance Management Expert at skeyes
This role involves monitoring, improving and strategically managing corporate performance in close collaboration with senior management.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and improve a reliable framework for corporate performance.
- Identify, set up and correctly monitor relevant indicators.
- Translate data and insights clearly to various stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of a performance dashboard.
- Ensure data quality and reliable monitoring.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments and operational colleagues.
- Systematic reporting via the Performance & Sustainable Aviation Manager to the Executive Committee and relevant managers.
- Prepare periodic corporate performance reports.
- Prepare meetings and drawing up minutes.
- Formulate recommendations and improvement initiatives.
- Translate technical data into understandable and relevant insights.
- Answer questions from internal and external partners.
- Share lessons learned and best practices.
- Represent the company in internal, national and international meetings.
- Help define realistic but ambitious performance targets.
- Actively participate in development of performance plans.
- Build an organisation-wide framework that integrates all strategic domains.
Candidate Profile
What makes you the perfect Corporate Performance Management Expert?
- You have a relevant master’s degree (data management, marketing, finance, etc.) or a bachelor’s degree plus at least five years of relevant experience. Aviation knowledge is not required; in‑company training will be provided.
- You possess strong technical skills – advanced Excel, solid Power BI knowledge (programming knowledge is an asset), fluent PowerPoint, clear, accurate written communication.
- You can communicate professionally in English and French and/or Dutch.
- Strengths include analytical expertise, knowledge of performance and KPIs, and excellent communication skills.
