To support our growth and help our clients succeed, we are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our team.

What you can expect on a typical day:

As a Software Engineer at we are, you'll be involved in projects from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ownership
  (together with the Project Manager and other software engineers) of projects, from concept to delivery, ensuring they meet the client's goals and are completed on time.
• Evaluating technical solutions
  , analyzing risks and trade-offs, and helping clients make informed decisions.
• Communicating effectively
  —both internally with the team and externally with clients—to keep everyone aligned (and occasionally demystifying tech lingo in a friendly way).
• Implementing high-quality solutions
  using agile methodologies, with just the right mix of coding and creativity.
• Ensuring long-term success
  by maintaining and optimizing delivered software to keep it running at peak performance.
• Contributing as a technical expert/technical leader
  when needed by guiding architectural choices, setting technical standards, and supporting colleagues in solving complex challenges.

What we're looking for

• At least 4 years of experience
  as a Software Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills—you can
  break down complex problems
  and explain solutions to technical and non-technical people.
• Hands-on experience with
  web and/or mobile development.
  Think: building and/or using APIs, frontends, with a solid understanding of authentication and authorization concepts (e.g. OAuth, JWT…).
• Solid understanding of
  relational databases.
  Knowledge of the concept of NoSQL databases would be a nice plus
• A passion for
  pragmatically writing clean, maintainable code.
• The ability to work with
  multiple programming languages
  and to
  adapt quickly
  to learning new technologies when needed.
• Knowledge of
  privacy- and security- by design
  .
• Familiarity with
  CI/CD and DevOps
  principles.
• Comfortable working with
  external APIs
  and spitting through documentation.
• A
  pragmatic mindset
  —you focus on what works best, not on unnecessary complexity. We don't like to shoot mosquitoes using bazookas.
• A plus? Affinity with AI/ML, Large Language Models (LLMs), and RAG, or at least a genuine interest in exploring how these technologies can be applied in real projects.
• A plus? An ambition to
  evolve into a Tech Lead
  : someone who keeps the bigger technical picture in mind, helps the team make smart architectural decisions, and ensures we deliver scalable, future-proof solutions.
